Tim is the senior partner and founder of Hopkins Roden Crockett Hansen & Hoopes. He has been engaged as an advocate in some of Idaho’s most prominent public law cases involving issues such as separation of powers, legislative redistricting, professional responsibility and land use. He has a wide ranging civil litigation practice for both individuals and corporations and also maintains a significant transactional practice. Currently, a considerable portion of his practice is devoted to issues involving land use and real estate.
Tim is a native Idahoan, and he and his wife are the parents of three children. His avocational interests have much to do with his love for Idaho and the outdoors. He is a horseman, an avid hunter and fly fisherman, and enjoys both downhill and cross-country skiing.
